SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon
scrap in
Taiwan are currently at NTD 11,800-12,600/mt ($394-421/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis, indicating a decrease of NTD 200/mt ($7/mt) since last week.
The above prices, which include five percent VAT, are for mid-September shipments.
