SteelOrbis has been informed that the price of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan is being quoted at NTD 13,600-14,400/mt ($405-429/mt) ex-yard, on actual weight basis. The scrap prices in Taiwan have remained unchanged as compared to last week.
The above prices, which include five percent VAT, are for middle and end of February shipments.
