SteelOrbis has been informed that the price of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan is being quoted at NTD 13,700-14,700/mt ($477-511/mt) ex-yard, remaining unchanged as compared to last week.
The above prices, which include five percent VAT, are for late July shipments.
