Russian origin BPI export offers to Romania

SteelOrbis has been informed that Russian origin basic pig iron offers given to Romanian traders have this week been standing at the levels of $270-280/mt DAF for June shipment. It is also heard that the Romanian traders have been delaying their purchase activities as neither meltshops nor foundries are inclined to buy large tonnages.
