Romanian scrap for Turkish market

A Turkish steel producer has booked a scrap cargo of HMS I/II (80:20) of Romanian origin, by late last week, as reported to SteelOrbis. The price for this booking is reported at $251/mt on CFR Turkish port basis which is seems above the market level under today's market conditions.
