In November this year, local French steel scrap prices decreased by €16/mt compared to October, according to the latest data issued by the French Steel Federation (FFA). Local prices had already decreased by €17/mt in October compared to September.
On year-on-year basis, in November this year local scrap prices decreased by a significant €33/mt on average, as shown in the following table:
