Latest pig iron export offers

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that Ukrainian and Russian pig iron export offers are currently standing at $390-395/mt FOB and $400-410/mt FOB respectively, both from Black Sea ports, while Brazilian pig iron export offers are at $400-405/mt FOB from the north of the country.
 
The international pig iron market is expected to remain quiet and to witness a sideways price trend until the second week of January due to the New Year holidays.
