Kardemir reduces BPI prices
Turkish steel producer Kardemir reduced pig iron prices, according to the price list dated May 26, 2005. Accordingly, sales price for steel making basic pig iron in the Turkish market decreased to the level of $305/mt+VAT, while the price of H1 material declined to $335/mt+VAT.
