According to the price list dated September 7, 2012, Turkish steel producer
Kardemir has announced its basic
pig iron and hematite
pig iron prices for local sales.
Accordingly, the producer's local sales price of H1 is standing at $495/mt + VAT, while its H2 price is at $485/mt + VAT. Meanwhile,
Kardemir's local sales price of C1 is at $465/mt + VAT, while its C2 price is standing at $450/mt + VAT.
Prices have indicated a decrease of $30/mt as compared to
Kardemir's previous price list dated August 9.
