SteelOrbis has learned that ex-deep sea scrap prices have increased further in Turkey and are now at around $290/mt CFR. In the latest booking by a Turkish mill, a deal for a single cargo of scrap ex-Canada was concluded at $288/mt CFR Turkey for HMS I and shredded scrap and at $293/mt CFR Turkey for P&S.
