Ex-US scrap transactions in Turkey

SteelOrbis has heard from market sources that a Turkish steelmaker has concluded an ex-US deal for 27,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap at $262/mt CFR, 10,000 mt of shredded scrap at $267/mt CFR and 4,000 mt of bonus grade scrap at $272/mt CFR. Meanwhile, the same Turkish producers has concluded an another ex-US scrap deal for 14,000 mt of HMS I/II 90:10 scrap at $263/mt CFR, 10,000 mt of shredded scrap at $268/mt CFR and 1,000 mt of bonus grade scrap at $273/mt CFR.
