Ex-US export scrap deal to Bangladesh

On July 26, SteelOrbis reported an ex-US deal for bulk shredded scrap to Bangladesh at $330-332/mt CFR Chittagong.

According to sources, a recent ex-US bulk shredded scrap deal to Bangladesh was heard at $370-373/mt CFR while containerized shredded deals have been estimated at $340-345/mt CFR. Compared to a month ago, shredded bulk deals have increased by $40-41/mt. The spread between containerized and bulk is estimated at $28-30/mt.
