With scrap prices in the US domestic market having softened by about $20/mt in April and following an ex-US scrap transaction to Turkey concluded this week at lower prices, ex-US containerized HMS I/II 80:20 offers to Taiwan have softened slightly since the beginning of this week to $362-364/mt CFR, though no transactions have been reported so far.
