Ex-Russia A3 scrap offers on the scarce side

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that ex-Russia A3 scrap offers available in the market are scarce, while Russian A3 scrap offers to Turkey are standing at $445/mt CFR. It is also learned that ex-Russia A3 transactions to Turkey are being concluded at about $437-439/mt CFR Marmara Sea ports.
