SteelOrbis has been informed that ex-CIS pig iron offers to Italy are currently at $250-255/mt CFR with no significant changes recorded in comparison with early July offers. Also, demand for ex-CIS pig iron in Italy is at low levels due to the approach of the long summer holiday in the country, while market players do not foresee any price correction in the coming weeks.
