Ex-Black Sea scrap transaction prices for Turkey

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that the transaction price for ex-Russia A3 scrap is at about $384/mt CFR Turkey, while an ex-Romania A3 scrap cargo totaling 12,000 mt for Turkey has been booked at $380/mt CFR.
