SteelOrbis has learned that ex-Black Sea A3 scrap offers to Turkey are currently varying at the price range of $430-440/mt CFR. Besides, some scrap suppliers, who are under sales pressure, are even offering prices below $430/mt CFR. Nevertheless, Turkish mills are not showing interest in these offers as their demand has remained low.
