SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that some scrap suppliers may even accept prices at $430/mt CFR.
On the other hand, ex-Bulgaria A3 scrap offers to Turkey are at $435/mt CFR, while ex-Russia A3 scrap offers to Turkey are in the price range of $435-440/mt CFR.
