Outokumpu, Aperam and Acciai Speciali Terni, leading stainless steel producers in Europe, have decreased their alloy surcharges for December despite the overall increase in nickel prices in November. After fluctuating throughout November, the cash seller and settlement nickel price at London Metal Exchange (LME) closed at $1,090/mt on November 28, indicating a total increase of $515/mt compared to October 31.
