Carbon and stainless scrap prices in Taiwanese domestic market - week 31

SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have declined by NTD 600/mt ($19/mt) during the past week to NTD 4,700-6,000/mt ($149-190/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.
In the meantime, stainless steel scrap pr

ices in the Taiwanese domestic market have increased by NTD 500/mt ($16/mt) week on week to NTD 36,500-40,000/mt ($1,158-1,269/mt) ex-yard.


The above prices include five percent VAT and are for middle and end of September shipments.
