Carbon and stainless scrap prices in Taiwanese domestic market - week 13

SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have remained stable during the past week at NTD 8,300-8,600/mt ($275-285/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.
 
In the meantime, stainless steel scrap prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have moved sideways over the past week at NTD 35,500-39,500/mt ($1,177-1,309/mt) ex-yard.
 
The above prices include five percent VAT and are for shipments in mid-April.
