SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon
scrap in
Taiwan have remained stable week on week at NTD 7,400-8,300/mt ($236-265/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.
In the meantime, stainless steel
scrap prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have remained unchanged week on week at NTD 40,000-44,000/mt ($1,276-1,403/mt) ex-yard.
The above prices include five percent VAT and are for middle of April shipments.
