According to market sources, Turkish rebar offers for Yemen are still standing in the range of $580-585/mt CFR, on theoretical weight basis for shipment in late September-early October, indicating no change since last week.

Market sources report that no new ex-Turkey rebar deals have been heard for Yemen, while Chinese rebar offers to the country are at $550/mt CFR on actual weight basis. Yemeni buyers state that Chinese rebar offers are more attractive than the Turkish rebar offers and so they will probably conclude deals for Chinese rebar in the coming days.
