Wire rod prices soften in Bulgarian market amid weak demand

SteelOrbis has learned that in the Bulgarian domestic long steel market producers' mesh and drawing quality wire rod prices have indicated a decrease of BGN 5-20/mt ($3-13/mt) as compared to previous weeks and are currently standing at the range of BGN 1,035-1,040/mt ($663-667/mt) CPT, on actual weight basis, exclusive of 20 percent VAT. However, deals below these prices are also heard to be possible in the market.
