Wire rod prices in Taiwanese domestic market - week 4

Wire rod prices in the local Taiwanese steel market are at the following levels:

High carbon 5.5-12 mm

Low alloyed 5.5-12 mm

NTD 23,400-24,000/mt ($743-762/mt)

CHQ 5.5-32 mm

NTD 21,600-22,600/mt ($686-717/mt)


The above prices include five percent VAT, are for delivery to customer, and are also for mid-February shipments. In the past week, wire rod prices for all grades have remained unchanged.
