The new wire rod prices in the local Taiwanese market are at the following levels:

The above prices include five percent VAT and are also delivered to warehouse. All the prices are for mid-December shipments. The low carbon wire rod prices show a decrease of NTD 4,000/mt ($121/mt), whereas CHQ wire rod indicate an increase of NTD 2,000/mt ($60/mt), all compared to the previous week.
