UAE market are in the range of $450-470/mt ex-works this week, while demand is at medium levels. On the other hand, Chinese chrome-added
wire rod offers to the
UAE market at $390/mt CFR are still considered to be attractive and buyers prefer to conclude ex-
China deals at this price level. Market sources report that, although the export tax rebate has been canceled for boron-added
wire rod in
China, Chinese suppliers are still offering boron-added
wire rod to the
UAE market in the range of $410-420/mt CFR.
