SteelOrbis is informed that Turkish mills are offering rebars for export to destinations other than the US and Persian Gulf markets at $1,080-1,130/mt FOB on actual weight basis for July shipments.

The prices in the Turkish rebar export market have been changing on a daily, and even hourly, basis. Today's reported prices are higher by approximately $30/mt compared to yesterday's levels. The offer prices of the Turkish producers selling to the UAE are at higher levels compared to the offers of those Turkish producers selling to non-UAE destinations.

The Turkish producers are pushing for $1,150/mt CFR on a theoretical weight basis in the UAE, which is the main export market for the producers in question.
