SteelOrbis is informed that Turkish mills are offering rebars for export to destinations other than the US and Persian Gulf markets at $980-1,000/mt FOB on actual weight basis for June shipments.
The wide offer price range of the Turkish producers has disappeared this week. Almost all producers are offering at the same price levels. The Turkish rebar export market is currently not so active; however, the increases in the European market may give Turkish producers the chance to conclude sales to this market.
