Turkish mill Icdas hikes its local wire rod prices

SteelOrbis has learnt that Turkish producer Icdas' 7-8.5 mm mesh quality and drawing quality wire rod prices in Biga, Canakkale in northwestern Turkey are standing at TRY 1,322/mt ($612/mt) and at TRY 1,347/mt ($624/mt) respectively. The offers exclude 18 percent VAT and are on ex-works basis. The mill's list prices have moved up by TRY 15/mt ($7/mt) as compared to its previous price list issued on July 31.
