SteelOrbis has heard that Turkish rolling mills are offering angles for export at $1,220-1,230/mt FOB on actual weight basis for July shipments. In addition, flat bars are being offered at $1,230-1,250/mt FOB, 80-100-120 mm IPE is being offered at $1,280-1,290/mt FOB, IPN-UPN are being offered at $1,230-1,240/mt FOB and 80-100-120 mm IPE AA is being offered at $1,290-1,300/mt - all on actual weight basis and also for July shipments.
The Turkish merchant bar export market is currently maintaining its strong position. The Turkish merchant bar prices, which have increased in line with the rising southern European base prices, are at appropriate levels for Spain.
