SteelOrbis has heard that Turkish rolling mills are offering angles for export at $1,030-1,040/mt FOB on actual weight basis for June shipments. In addition, flat bars are being offered at $1,030-1,050/mt FOB, 80-100-120 mm IPE is being offered at $1,070-1,080/mt FOB, NPI-NPU are being offered at $1,020-1,045/mt FOB and 80-100-120 mm IPE AA is being offered at $1,080-1,090/mt - all on actual weight basis and also for June shipments.
The Turkish merchant bar export market is maintaining its strength. Besides some sales concluded to the Middle East on theoretical weight basis, it is heard that some big tonnage sales have been concluded to South America as well.
