CIS, as they still consider ex-
CIS billet offers to be on the high side. Turkish buyers are showing more interest in Chinese
billet offers than in
billet offers from the
CIS. Chinese
billet suppliers announced an increase in their prices two weeks ago, while it is heard that Chinese
billet supplier are still concluding sales in the range of $360-365/mt CFR this week.
