Transaction activity in the local Turkish rebar market has stagnated ahead of the end-of-Ramadan holiday (July 4-7), with demand remaining sluggish. Over the past week, domestic rebar prices in Turkey have mostly moved down, except in the Iskenderun region where prices have remained stable, though prices on US dollar basis have risen by $1-7/mt due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate.
