Spot prices in Turkish rebar market increase slightly

Spot rebar prices in some regions of Turkey have moved up by $5/mt on the back of the strengthening of the US dollar against the Turkish lira. The ongoing downtrend in scrap prices has been preventing rebar prices from recording more significant increases, while buyers are more confident in negotiations and so it is possible to see some deals below these levels.
