Markets sources state that Spanish rebar export offers have remained unchanged since last week and are still at €460-470/mt ($630-644/mt) FOB. Market sources state that Spanish rebar mills are seeking to increase their prices, though they have not been successful yet. Sales for December output have been completed, while foreign rebar buyers' stocks are full at the moment and activity on the export side has slowed down.
