Spanish rebar export offers indicate softening

Ex-Spain rebar offers have slid down by €5/mt ($6/mt) on the lower end in the past week to the range of €445-455/mt ($574-587/mt) FOB. Meanwhile, demand has remained on the weak side and buyers have already started negotiations for €440/mt ($586/mt) FOB level.
