According to market sources, Turkish producers' billet prices have remained stable week on week in the range of $400-420/mt ex-works, following the $15/mt week-on-week increase seen last week, while demand is still weak.

Meanwhile, this week ex-CIS billet offers for Turkey have also remained unchanged at $380-390/mt CFR. After the deals concluded by two Turkish buyers for ex-CIS billet last week at $382/mt CFR and $387/mt CFR, no new ex-CIS billet transaction has been heard this week yet.
