According to market sources, rebar offers from Turkey to Yemen have remained unchanged during the past week in the range of $450-460/mt FOB. The conflict in Yemen continues to impact on transaction activity in the domestic market. On May 20, a cargo ship carrying rebar from a producer from Turkey's Izmir region was allowed to enter port in Yemen. Market sources indicate that this cargo may originally have been for February or March delivery.
