The local rebar prices in the UK are at around £375/mt (approx. $742/mt) ex-works on actual weight basis, excluding VAT.
The prices have increased by £25/mt (around $50/mt) as expected, compared to the previous month. The strong market in northern and southern Europe and the continuous increase in Turkish offers seem to be helping producers in the UK to raise their prices.
