Rebar prices decrease in the Italian domestic market

SteelOrbis has been informed that Italian mills have been offering medium sized rebar to their domestic market in a price range of €385-390/mt ($509-516/mt) ex-works, including VAT, on actual weight and open account basis. It is observed that rebar offers have been continuing to soften in the local Italian market. Base prices of rebars are standing at the level of €180/mt ($238/mt), while end-user demand is sluggish.
