Spanish producers have been offering Spanish origin 12 mm B500S rebar to the local market at around €710/mt ($1,086/mt) ex-works on actual weight basis with 30-day deferred payment, excluding VAT.

Base prices in the Spanish domestic market are at a level of €470/mt ($719/mt). However, due to the upward price trend in the international rebar and scrap markets, the base price in Spain may increase to €500/mt ($765/mt) and above within a short time.
