Rebar price in Spanish market

The price level of AENOR-certificated 12 mm rebar in the local Spanish market is at around Euro 515-520/mt delivered to warehouse, excluding VAT. Base prices are still at Euro 335-340/mt. However, producers have told local stockists that they will raise their prices. Some trading firms consider that the higher Turkish offers and the increase experienced in southern European prices may help the Spanish producers achieve their price increase.
