Rebar price in local Italian market

Italian mills are offering rebar in the local Italian market at Euro 425-430/mt ex-works on actual weight basis with open account, excluding VAT. The Italian domestic rebar market has not increased yet. Currently, the base price is at Euro 260-265/mt. However, producers are aiming for Euro 280/mt. SteelOrbis has heard that rebar bookings have been concluded at Euro 425/mt FOB to the Algerian market, but in small tonnages.
