Price level of rebars in the local Israeli market is at $590-600/mt ex-works on actual weight basis, excluding VAT. Demand is strong in the domestic market. The fact that local producers and Turkish exporters are not able to supply materials for early shipments appears the key factor of the continuing strong momentum of the market.
