SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that Spanish rebar offers to Portugal are unchanged at €535/mt ($674/mt) on actual weight basis, for deliveries to customer and for 60-day deferred payments.

Rebar demand has remained sluggish in Portugal, just as in previous weeks. Local buyers are avoiding large volume purchases, though they still conclude deals in line with their needs.
