SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 m have decreased by NTD 100-200/mt ($3-7/mt) as compared to last week and are now being quoted at NTD 18,400-18,500/mt ($622-625/mt) ex-works, for mid-June shipments.
In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market, which have indicated a decrease of NTD 100-400/mt ($3-14/mt) as compared to last week, are currently at the following levels:
