Qatar stand at $410/mt CFR. Market sources state that currently the trading volume is quite slack, as Qatari buyers are unwilling to conclude deals for Chinese chrome-added
wire rod due to quality concerns and are only concluding purchases from the domestic market to meet their immediate needs.
