Qatar Steel reduces its rebar offers

According to market sources, Qatari steelmaker Qatar Steel has decreased its rebar offers for September production by QAR 200/mt ($55/mt) compared to its price levels for August production to QAR 1,550/mt ($426/mt) ex-works. Market sources state that the decline in prices was bigger compared to their expectations.
