Merchant bar prices in the UK domestic market

SteelOrbis has been informed that UK mills have offered 140 mm and below sized merchant bars to the local market at £410/mt ($647/mt) ex-works, excluding VAT, for 60-day deferred payment and on actual weight basis.

The price in question has this week declined by £100/mt ($158/mt) compared to last week.
